From Central Station:
At the main station, choose the underground line U4 to "Bockenheimer Warte" and change at the last stop "Bockenheimer Warte" into the U6 to Heerstraße or into the U7 to Hausen. The third station is "Industriehof". From there, cross the street and subway tracks to follow the Königsberger Straße until the second road where you take a left. The hotel is located on the left side.

From the airport:
The lines S8 and S9 run from the airport to the main train station.
